Returns Policy

At Shea Marne Luxury Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a size, color, or style may not be quite right. That’s why we offer exchanges only for eligible items purchased through www.sheamarneluxurycollection.com (the “Site”).

1. Exchange-Only Policy

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we gladly accept returns for exchange only within 14 days of delivery. You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or another product of equal value.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (where applicable)

We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Intimates (e.g., underwear, bodysuits)
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

4. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and shipping information.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you once per order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for an immediate exchange at no additional cost.

7. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your exchange within 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your new item has been shipped.
